Recently, we received a bid to clean a property in Bethpage, Long Island that had 1900’s concrete sidewalk and curbs. Super moldy entrance area with steps, siding that had bold stuck in its membranes and roof with visible mold trying to eat up the shingles.
We pre-rinsed the area with our machines because it was quite necessary to achieve a. Professional result and power cleaned all of the mold and yucky stuff away. The job was $1400 and it took us 2 days with two people on crew. We supplied Labor and material to finish the job with a very affordable price and professional result.
