Company History

Established in 2025.

The company was founded by Irfan T, a NY veteran who lived here for over 25 years to provide value and trust in local construction trades. Irfan started his career in the construction industry in 2012 for a contracting company based out of Astoria, NY. During his tenure, he learned to navigate through the construction Industry going from being a helper that would load up cement buckets for his workers that were working a pulley on masonry projects. After learning the techniques and skills for over 15 years of service in the industry, he decided to launch a company of his own in efforts to serve his local community with the best value and craftsmanship. We built our reputation by serving locals which started by reaching out to local restaurants that needed our services for cleaning. We invested in a rig to serve customers with portable water for pressure washing. Once the rig was set up it was time to hit the stores that desperately needed cleaning. So, we  started calling restaurants that had dirty signs to give the restaurant more curb appeal and make the neighborhood look better. Once our reputation for quality work was established, Irfan decided to incorporate his business as Jivay Enterprise Inc. Since then, the company has evolved to extend their services from pressure cleaning to renovating homes and beyond.
